Your Role at Pura:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team and help drive key initiatives that impact both internal teams and external partners. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage programs that bridge internal teams, external vendors, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution at the highest level.
You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining the way people experience scent.
What You’ll Own:
- Manage and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful and timely execution of key initiatives.
- Oversee a critical project to integrate a new Order Management System (OMS) into Pura’s infrastructure, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, vendors, and system components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, driving effective communication and resolution strategies across cross-functional teams.
- Develop clear program roadmaps, define key milestones, and manage timelines to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors involved in technical integrations, ensuring their contributions meet Pura’s high standards and business needs.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, preferably with a focus on cross-functional technical projects and system integrations.
- Experience leading projects that involve external vendors, especially in complex integrations such as an OMS.
- Strong understanding of Order Management Systems and their role in e-commerce and operational workflows.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable tasks and clear updates.
- Experience working with engineering teams, product management, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
