Your Role at Pura:
As a Sr. Partner Licensing Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Pura’s partner marketplace with incredible brands to increase Pura revenue and brand equity. Pura leverages these partnerships to find new and creative ways to acquire new customers. The right candidate would describe themselves as someone who is a self starter, persistent, scrappy, charismatic, consistent, strategic and resourceful. This candidate would be fully responsible for prospecting, nurturing, negotiating and executing new partner license agreements in an effort to sell licensed fragrances through Pura’s and the partner’s distribution channels.
You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining the way people experience scent.
What You’ll Own:
- Annual quota for net new brand partners signed
- Prospecting, selling, negotiating and signing processes (term sheet and long form agreement)
- Ongoing account management of the brand partners (Licensors) signed
Essential Functions:
- New partner due diligence strategy and execution
- New partner GTM strategy and executional support
- Cross functional partnerships with Strategy, Marketing, Fragrance, Brand Partnerships and Retail to align on partnership objectives
- Presentation capabilities to persuade internal and external partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing partnerships
- 2+ years of experience signing new partnerships
- Proficient in full deal management cycle (a-z, from prospecting to close)
- Demonstrated success executing large, strategic, or complex partnership deals
- Successful track record of delivering high level results against a quota
- Strong understanding of how license agreements are structured
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
