We are looking to add an Account Manager at Pura. The right candidate would describe themselves as someone who is a professional, personable, organized, proactive, motivated and a self-starter. This person’s primary responsibility is to ensure our partners have a world class experience with Pura through consistent omni-channel revenue growth. They will work directly with the brand partners and cross-departmentally within Pura to strategically execute the omni-channel growth strategies for each partner within their book of business. 

What you'll own:

  • Define the annual strategy of each brand within the pura marketplace
  • Execute the annual omni-channel marketing and distribution growth strategy for assigned partners 
  • All partnership metrics:
    • Partner Satisfaction Results
    • Wholesale Revenue 
    • Partner revenue on pura.com
  • Relationship management and development with assigned partners
  • Project management for new launches, promotions, marketing campaigns
  • Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support the demand planning, logistics and fulfillment of partner’s wholesale business

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience within the Beauty vertical
  • Passionate about executing a vision and strategy of Pura, the team and our partners
  • Able to work in a fast-past startup environment that’s constantly changing 
  • Problem solving capabilities, results driven and able to anticipate their partner’s needs/concerns before they arise
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player who takes pride in your work and goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right 
  • Proven relationship development skills
  • Problem solving ability
