Customer Care Sr. Manager

Are you a great “people person”? Do you enjoy interacting and helping others? We are looking to add a dynamic employee as a Sr. Customer Care Manager at Pura. The right candidate would describe themselves as someone who exudes positivity and has excellent communication and leadership skills. This person will become a tremendous ambassador for our company, and will assist our customers in creating a long-term, genuine relationship with us.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Sr. Manager

You will be responsible for creating a productive and motivating work environment for Pura Customer Care team members. Manage a team of Customer Care professionals, including Team Leads and/or Customer Care Managers as direct reports. You will communicate the mission and vision of the Customer Care team, aligning the team and driving strategy. You will assist in daily, weekly, and monthly report generation. You will empower the team and team leads with creating and owning their development plans and providing them tools, education, and resources. You will use multiple systems to organize, follow up, and keep data up to date. You will enjoy being a problem-solver and finding ways to improve efficiency. You will communicate with confidence and humility and be willing to assist without complete accuracy and zero arrogance. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in Customer Care leadership type role
  • Experience with computer database systems/software (KCRM and Talkdesk would be ideal!)
  • Experience managing multiple contact center channels
  • Solid track record of developing and training teams 
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent reading and writing skills
  • Ability to handle escalated situations and troubleshoot customer concerns
  • Genuine personality, confident in self and in customer service skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Positive and professional demeanor
